Natalia Pérez Barraza: Natalia is a Medical Technologist specialising in Morphophysiopathology and Cytodiagnosis from the Universidad de Valparaíso and a graduate in medical technology. She is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences, specialising in Molecular and Cellular Biology, at the Universidad de Valparaíso. Natalia carries out research in Prostate cancer in search of Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition Markers and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. She works as an assistant professor in the Department of Anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Valparaíso, where she teaches morphology as well as histology and histopathology-related subjects. She is an associate researcher at the Centro Interdisciplinario de Estudios en Salud (CIESAL) of the University of Valparaíso.
